The original plan was never to spend 'this much' money on a Cobalt. The project was supposed to be finished for a portion of the money already spent.

To make matters worse was the fact that I had never embarked on a project like this before and I had to trust the companies who represented themselves as 'professionals'. Unfortunately much of my trust was misplaced and I learnt the hard way that not everyone is a 'professional' performance shop just because they could afford a sign to say they are.
