The money collected sits in PayPal until a payment is needed in US funds.

At this time all donations plus payments for Cobalt parts sold are earmarked to be paid to the US engine builder. That way I will not have to deal with the exchange rate when I spend the money donated. The less money spent on exchange rates means more money spent directly on the project.

Obviously I won't get away without having to pay some exchange rates, I am just going to put every penny donated straight into the project.
